- Record median price per square foot in Beacon Hill ($1,237).
- Record average and median price per square foot in Charlestown ($796/ $785).
- Record median price per square foot in the North End ($983).
- Record median selling price ($852,000) and record average and median price per square foot in South Boston ($865/ $845).
- Record average selling price ($1,399,784), record median price per square foot ($1,157), and record sales volume ($379,341,549) in the South End.
- Record average and median selling price ($1,886,814/ $1,400,000), record average price per square foot ($1,151), and record sales volume ($81,133,000) in the Waterfront.
- Record median selling price in the West End ($767,500).
