When it was time to place an offer, he created documents and means to consummate the process. And this was not a single occurrence, he did this twice in two years. Finally his expertise included listing and researching tenants for those properties. Both were excellent renters."

"I worked with realtor Collin Fishman recently on the purchase of a new home in the Greater Boston area. "I worked with realtor Collin Fishman recently on the purchase of a new home in the Greater Boston area. He was the best real estate agent for me—knowledgeable and professional (and personable) throughout my entire home-buying process. He took me to see houses and property for sale—and was able to pinpoint my needs and wants in a new house. I found Collin to be a trusted, steady and calming presence during a potentially stressful and complicated process. He kept in touch with me consistently and kept me appraised as to what I had to do and when I had to do it—so the process (from submitting contract to finding a lender to buying insurance to closing) went as smoothly as possible. Both my lender and real estate lawyer recommended him as a top agent and have only positive things to say about working with him. I highly recommend working with Collin Fishman—and have already done so."

However, I’ve found that finding the best realtor—in this case Collin Fishman—is making this process so much easier than I thought. Seeing an MLS listing online is very different from seeing that house for sale in person with a skilled real estate agent. I’m a data-driven person and appreciate Collin’s data-backed advice and his expertise with cutting-edge technology. I trust him to help me find my dream home—and I highly recommend him to help others."

"I am moving into a beautiful new dream home in the Greater Boston/Cape Cod area from out of state—and it happened because I used the best realtor to find me the perfect waterfront property. Using Collin Fishman as my real estate agent reminded me of the importance of (1) finding an expert real estate agent who could help synthesize my wants and needs in a home and (2) having an experienced and caring professional to lead me through an often gut-wrenching home-buying decision. The added plus? Collin was inclusive—caring about what I thought and felt—as well as my husband’s list of desired elements in buying a house. From perusing MLS listings to looking at houses and property to analyzing data to using cutting-edge technology to submit bids (and more) to closing on a new house, Collin has been there for me. In fact, he went above and beyond expectations—by hightailing it from Boston to make an open house on Cape Cod. Realizing he could be late, he contacted the seller’s agent and was able to get me a personalized open-house experience of my home-to-be. You can expect A+ plus customer service. I trust him. I am indebted to this thoughtful stellar realtor and recommend him highly."

He listened carefully to my needs and even helped match me up with a great roommate who has become a lifelong friend. I was very happy with my first home in Boston. When it came time for my second apartment, Collin came through again and found me a great deal. Once I’d saved enough for a down payment, Collin helped me find a home of my own! It’s exactly what I wanted and has been a great home and investment for my family. Collin is deeply knowledgeable of the real estate game and the broader economic environment it exists within. More importantly, he’s an active listener and is customer-obsessed: if your dream home exists, he will find it for you."

I had worked with other agents who didn't quite meet my needs, so it was incredibly refreshing to find someone who not only understood my requirements but was also extremely helpful every step of the way. Collin has a keen understanding of what to focus on depending on the age and condition of a property, which was invaluable for a first-time buyer like me. His insights were invaluable, helping me consider factors I hadn't previously thought of, which guided me in making well-informed decisions. What stood out the most was his availability. No matter when I had a question, Collin was always just a call or text away, ready to offer his expert advice. Moreover, he accompanied me to numerous open houses, ensuring I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. If you're in the Boston area and looking to buy a home, I can't recommend Collin enough. He turned my home-buying experience into a seamless process, and for that, I am incredibly grateful."

He has walked us through it ALL - renting, selling, and purchasing to help us reach our goals. What I especially appreciate about Collin is his transparency, kindness, and efficiency. He is so easy to work with and his prompt communication is impressive. His ability to offer his professional advice while keeping your best interest in mind is unmatched. I specifically remember a time when my husband and I were on vacation, Collin went out of his way to travel in order to see a house for us that we couldn't at the time; our minds were at ease knowing that we had an extra set of eyes to make an informed decision. He genuinely cares about the happiness of his clients. If you are living in the Boston area, look no further!"

He helped us with getting a rental when we first moved to Boston (even though he received no compensation for it). He then recently helped us buy our first home. His knowledge of the greater Boston area is unparalleled. He was able to get us in to showings on a few hours notice and was in general an invaluable guide through the full home buying process (I.e., doing inspections, securing a mortgage etc.)"

I had put it on the market last year with another agent but never received a serious offer – because, the agent told me, the unit was too specific and not universally appealing (i.e., it wasn't a white-grey box with generic furnishings). I challenged Collin to find a buyer who saw its appeal as-is, and he responded by coming up with a solid strategy for showcasing the things that would wow potential buyers at a price-point that I was comfortable with. And it worked: By the second weekend of open houses we'd received two great offers, including one well above the asking price! Throughout the process, Collin went above and beyond in all aspects – I can't recommend him highly enough. "
